8.0Room was small. We hate that breakfast cost now. Other than that our stay was great.
− Breakfast costing
It was very comfortable. This was my 3rd stay. We usually stay between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
9.0Hotel is a little "tired" looking. Dings on wood type furniture in guest rooms and grand hallway, wallpaper pulling away from bottom corner outside shower. I gave the front desk clerk a list of things that needed attention. The heat was on in the elevator hallway on 9th floor and I did verbally tell the clerk. Isaiah, on the night shift, was professional, courteous and welcoming.
− Not your fault but the feeder road is being used for a drag strip at night. The people in the next room smoked cigarettes on the balcony and I could smell it.
