4.0In the past this hotel has been pretty good. We have stayed here before. But this time the only good thing I have to say is that the staff was friendly. Our room was not very clean - a lot of dust in the closet area and on the shower rail like the maids only clean in the spots that are super visible. The shower also had a very dirty head. There were also spiders in the bottom of the pool. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting - cold eggs and bacon - hard biscuits. Our 2nd day we went somewhere and paid for breakfast rather than eating there again. We come to Woodward a few times a year and we will think twice before coming back.

2.0No employee to check us in so we left. Never got through the lobby. Waited and searched for an employee but never found one. Holliday Inn express was staffed and accommodating.
