2.0I booked here weeks in advance only to be called a week before to tell me they had a water main break and I had to cancel. I later found out they have been closed for months!
Very poor management!
2.0After driving 3 1/2 hours I arrived to a green pool and a vacant closed hotel. I called to see what exactly was going on and was told there had been a main water break. I received no call or notification. They apologized, really? How long ago was the break as I said the pool was Green? My family had to scramble to find other accommodations on a holiday weekend.
