6.0Good hotel on average. Room ok, ageing, badly in need of renovation. Room clean, Priya's team does a good job. Restaurants good, service friendly. The bar is disappointing, it feels a bit abandoned: the lighting is not at all what is shown in the photos on the hotel website. The night club has closed. Nice pool, but not showcased (lack of sun loungers, pool bar). The service at Reception is rather cold, with little sense of welcome. Plenty of room for improvement.

10.0I spoke to front desk person who speaks telugu. I don’t remember the name I am sorry about that. I have booked for my parents and staff has helped quickly and kindly. Rooms are clean. Food is great. Thank you so much my parents had a great stay.
