Booked room not available, was offered a twin double which was rejected as it smelled of smoke, finally given another double twin that was acceptable. After that the stay was good with great service.

Lords Bar- waist of time and money

The working of the manager of Lords Bar is very poor. Waist of money and time to visit this place. I had not completed my drink and paid full. They providing complimentary item with drink like they are obliging you. If you ask them to serve it again they will deny.

Best food in town

Recently we celebrated birthday party in la vista in Nandan hotel . Food quality is by far the best in guwhati Hotel staff and attitude again is better than most of the 5 star. I am thankful to Nandan hotel and team for such a wonderful hospitality.

Very bad decision to stay in hotel Nandan, Guwahati. Totally unprofessional behaviour. My Experience was very bad in hotel Nandan , i had stay on 12th of march 2024 in room no. 413 One of my video conferencing on 13th of march at 11:00am and i was busy in meeting & continuously hotel phone bell was ringing and somebody was working on roof making a constant disturbing noise of thak , thak thak & i pick land line phone i told him i am in a meeting please don’t disturb me, and that call was meant for me to check out of hotel at 11 am only. I finished my meeting, packed my bag and forgot my I phone charger in such a hurry, when i called back i was given a negative response of its loss. He simply said “charger to yahan nahi”. Very uncooperative staff Very bad experience Never stay again in hotel Nandan. My suggestion chose any other hotel like radisson blue and other good hotels in Guwahati.
