typical Indian service as no one has answers

The wireless is outdated as you have to continually login with an Indian cell phone. They act like wireless is precious when this is 2020. When you go the desk, no one can help you with payment or anything broken in your room. Instead, those 3-4 employees at the desk send away for a manager in another part of the hotel, which takes 10 minutes. Why can't the 3-4 people at the front desk have any answers to our questions?

On the plus side, this hotel is very close to the airport and the front desk was helpful in arranging transportation to the airport. The room was a good size. The bed was so hard, it was like sleeping on a table. No toilet paper in the bathroom and the shower isn’t separated from the rest of the bathroom so the floor is wet after a shower. Hotel is located on a very busy street so it’s quite loud.

Nice hotel. However breakfast should include more options such as eggs. The rooms are specious but needs little maintenance e.g. room locker wasn't working .

Hotel is quite good good pool and front desk staff are great - really helpful. However bfast room staff are not as good and crockery is platic annd stained - not sure how clean it was. All indian bfast which was ok but no fruit and coffee awful. Rooms and grounds are good given price
