4.0The rudest management I have ever come across. This property has so many hidden costs .. they would charge you for young kids staying, additionally for meals. I informed them it was not highlighted on the site and they need to update this information but the management insisted that it was implied. Moreover the manager was rude enough to make a comment on how can they entertain people staying for free. I don’t think anyone who is paying premium prices is looking to stay for free, but his comments were extremely belittling and plain rude. Highly disappointed!!

10.0Very Comfortable. Beautiful location. Ultra luxurious. The food was exceptional. The chef, Mr. Gautam Kumar was just too good and the presentation along with variety was very good.
