10.0The staff at check in was great. the room was excellent. the casino was an added attraction for my cousin. The food could have been somewhat fresher; the waitstaff was a bit rough. We spoke english/spanish .. they did little to be supportive.

8.0Ho soggiornato nel Hotel perchè attratto dalla buona offerte del prezzo, che non ha deluso le mie aspettative, unico piccolo aspetto negativo la presenza costante di moscerini in sala ristorante dove ho cenato solamente una volta e fatto colazione tre volte ed i moscerini s'erano sempre...un hotel di 4 stelle dovrebbe provvedere alla cosa, come la porta che và in cucina dal ristorante è rovinata e con un brutto pezzo di legno completamente sverniciato, la stanza ottima, unico problema la vasca doccia con la superficie vasca leggermente rovinata e la doccia molto intasata dal calcare spruzzava male l'acqua (camera 114) ma ottimo servizio; personale per lo più gentilissimo e cordiale, a parte un paio di "signore" del bar del Casinò un pò diciamo "burbere". I direttori di sala, i baristi; le cassiere veramente gentilissimi e professionali. Un hotel che suggerirò ad altri.

10.0Ottimo hotel in buona posizione per visitare sia Trieste sia Lubiana. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, il ristorante ha una buona cucina e il personale è molto gentile
