The breathtaking views, beautifully landscaped gardens, and exquisite architecture made our stay truly unforgettable. However, what distinguished this resort above all else was the exceptional level of hospitality. We had never anticipated such impeccable, personalized service. Our wonderful butler, Zico, was truly extraordinary. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth exceeded every expectation. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay at Aleenta was seamless and memorable. We were equally fortunate to be looked after by several other remarkable members of the team, including Gary, Mam, and many others, each of whom contributed to making our experience so special. A heartfelt thank you to Vid for the lovely conversations each day and for your outstanding service. The entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication, and genuine care throughout our stay. Thank you all for making our first visit to Phuket such a magnificent and unforgettable experience. We look forward to returning.

− There is very little to criticize about this exceptional resort. Although the weather was not in our favor during our stay, my family and I still had a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. We had done our research prior to our arrival and were aware that the resort is situated in a relatively secluded location. While this tranquil setting may not appeal to every traveler, it was exactly what we were looking for a peaceful retreat away from the crowds.

前日までパトンビーチのホテルからだったので、繁華街から一気にプライベートビーチに来た感じなりました。ビーチは人が少なく、夕日を眺めながらビールを飲み、ただただ波の音を独り占めする時間は最高でした。人ごみに疲れた人には最高のホテルではないでしょうか。

− 大型ブランドホテルに比べるとどうしても朝食ビュッフェの質や、一部従業員の接客マナーで劣る点はあった。あと設備も大型ブランドに比べるとやや見劣りする。でも圧倒的なプライベート感はよかったので、また再訪したいとは思う。

Hard to pick anything.

− It’s split by a road where locals are driving through at speed. It’s in the literal middle of nowhere and everything you needed, like enough towels for the number of people in the room, additional toilet rolls, the rooms were never fully serviced. The price…. Does not reflect the location, quality and rating of the property. There is a main “restaurant” to get food breakfast lunch and dinner. And when I enquired about the fancy dégustation dining I was told no, the chef isn’t full time and so isn’t there unless they get enough bookings. Breakfast was a total flop, repetitive and limited in options, and the bread knife leaked years old dishwater through a hairline crack in the handle. When raised with staff they didn’t understand why that would be disgusting and we were not surprised when the knife was then out at the bread board the following day! We were beyond disappointed with this place. Go to the Pullman or something more reputable, don’t waste your money or your time coming here. We had a family emergency and were GLAD to check out. We had paid upfront and whilst annoying to not be refunded for 3 nights, we were just glad to leave.
