6.0Have had good experiences of IBIS as a membership holder throughout . Parking is a first come first served free war zone or pay extra ( why IBIS never include this is annoying ) It’s tired needs a coat of paint and a root and branch spruce up .and that includes the staff especially the stroppy little madam who appears to think she runs things and staff happily insulting guests when they think they cant hear or understand.. However good facilities nearby and easy to get there. Just needs someone to take a grip.
Disappointed
2.0Checked in room, bathroom smelt of urine and it doesn’t looked and feel clean. Went to reception to change room, and we checked in another room and bathroom is a bit better. Later in the evening returned to room to get ready for bed, the room smelt mouldy and damp. This is quite late and we didn’t go to reception to change another room. The standard of this Ibis is not the usual standard of other Ibis. The room rate is expensive for the night. We only stayed for one night room only.
