A very disappointing stay due to the lack of assistance and communication from the hotel.
1.0Unfortunately, we did not get the opportunity to enjoy the room or the facilities, as we were unable to access our room and had to stay at another hotel for the night.
− We were very disappointed by the lack of staff availability and the inability to reach the hotel for assistance at night.
We had a great time at this property and would definitely go back.
10.0The staff were nice and very helpful. Everything was clean. There are 2 pools on the property. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas and clean spaces.
− The only negative was all the seaweed on the beach. You couldn't get in the water there was so much of it. This is absolutely no fault of the hotel. Unfortunately this time of year in the Keys the seaweed situation is impossible.
