10.0Very relaxing stay and staff were lovely! Free shuttle every half hour into town or up to the infinity pool was very helpful. It’s only a quick walk to get into town where there are lots of nice restaurants, cafes and a 7/11. Lovely rooms and pool.

− מקום מבודד , מנותק ולא קשוב לצרכי הלקוח , אחת מחוויות האירוח המאכזבות שהיו לנו. לפני שמזמינים את המלון הזה חשוב לדעת שהוא מבודד לחלוטין. הוא רחוק מאוד מכל האזורים המרכזיים בקופנגן, ואין דרך נוחה להתנייד. כל יציאה מהמלון מחייבת מונית יקרה מאוד, כך שבפועל ההוצאות על תחבורה הופכות את החופשה ליקרה משמעותית. גם בתוך המלון עצמו הכול רחוק. כדי להגיע לבריכה צריך להסתמך על שאטלים, אבל הם לא זמינים כשצריך אותם, כך שגם שימוש במתקני המלון הופך למסורבל ומתסכל. הבעיה הגדולה ביותר הייתה השירות. הצוות לא היה שירותי, לא הפגין רצון אמיתי לעזור, ובמקרים רבים הרגשנו שמבטלים את הבקשות שלנו או פשוט לא מתייחסים אליהן. במקום להרגיש רצויים, הרגשנו שאנחנו מפריעים. אם אתם מחפשים מלון שממנו אפשר ליהנות מהאי בקלות ולקבל שירות טוב – זה לא המקום. בדיעבד, לא היינו בוחרים להתארח כאן, ולא היינו ממליצים עליו לאחרים.

Please note that for bookings during Full moon and New Year period, guests are required to settle the deposit by credit card on the day of booking. The hotel will send guests an email with information on how to do so. The room will be held up to 3 days until payment has been made. After 3 days without payment, the booking will automatically be canceled.
