Couple of days away for my birthday.
7.0The general atmosphere and the location. The style of rooms and the food are all great. It was my first choice when my husband said he was taking me away for my birthday.
− Having been before and had an excellent time I was a bit disappointed this time round. Always a lot of staff on duty (they were all extremely pleasant) but at times the service felt dis-jointed. It could be there were a lot new staff.. Having previously stayed in a deluxe suite I tried to rebook this room type again, as our room was stunning. Unfortunately I was out of luck but managed to book a standard room. The room was lovely but the bathroom felt claustrophobic. The shower ceiling and tile sealant had mould deposits, possibly ventilation issues (no window) Normally I would have asked to move room but Booking indicated the hotel was full. I did speak to the receptionist on checkout,I didn’t feel as though she believed me initially, I offered to show her the photos I took but she said she would check for herself later. This was the end of the conversation.

10.0Another excellent stay. From check in till check out everything was perfect. Peach, mango mojitos went down a treat. Meals lovely and always double checked for coeliac requirements. Cant wait for next visit.

10.0Sehr coole Unterkunft mitten in Pitlochry. Parkplatz war ausreichend vorhanden - in Pitlochry keine Selbstverständlichkeit - Personal war super freundlich, das Zimmer riesig und das Frühstück hat uns begeistert. Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.
