− ציפיתי להרבה יותר. רשום בבוקינג כל מיני פעילויות שלא נחשבות לחלק מהשירות של המלון. מיותר לרשום אותם. מרגיש כאילו 4 כוכבים ולא 5. פעם הבאה אבחר מלון אחר.
