10.0Beautiful property and so peaceful! Swimming in Lake Pleasant in early morning with loons calling in the distance was heavenly! Staff is exceptional! Booked another stay next month we liked it so much! Thank you!!

Wonderful inn, outstanding facilities, fantastic Restaurant, accommodations as promised, but I would not stay here again
8.0Excellent, attentive staff. Pristine. Great common space. Cleaned with pride.
− The bed was extremely uncomfortable - not enough support. Understand it was a feather top mattress but for older guests with back issues, the emphasis needed to be on support. Of note - our guest services manager was extremely attentive to my problem and arranged to get a plywood board set under the mattress to add additional support. The mattress was much more comfortable the second night.

5.0Beautiful property, We attended the wine tasting and pairing with French wine and dine, The wines were awful and the food was awful, The rooms were hot and stuffy we had the worst night ever sleeping wise , our bed was very soft and uncomfortable and you could not touch the the thermostat to make it comfortable for us. I would never stay again , The service was very good although , Not good enough for me to return .
