− No food / breakfast - small room with spring out bed. Up 3 flights of stairs - room was dirty.

− A little disappointed with the room which was described as superior with a garden view. It didn't have a garden view and was up a steep flight of stairs.

− The Restaurant was closed and only informed of this on arrival. I went for the Breakfast included option and breakfast consisted of cereal, fruit and toast, very poor

Beautiful grounds comfortable rooms

− Despite being there for three days unable to have treatments because was not told no treatments on a Tuesday and and all treatments booked on Wednesday were cancelled due to repairs in the kitchen. just before we checked it on the Monday we were told the ceiling in the kitchen fell in so they would be no hot meals, given a continental breakfast, which meant dry pastries, toast and cereal
