− No food / breakfast - small room with spring out bed. Up 3 flights of stairs - room was dirty.

− A little disappointed with the room which was described as superior with a garden view. It didn't have a garden view and was up a steep flight of stairs.
Hotel was excellent but very let down on the communication of the restaurant being closed and breakfast was worse than p

− Despite being there for three days unable to have treatments because was not told no treatments on a Tuesday and and all treatments booked on Wednesday were cancelled due to repairs in the kitchen. just before we checked it on the Monday we were told the ceiling in the kitchen fell in so they would be no hot meals, given a continental breakfast, which meant dry pastries, toast and cereal
