Quiet, clean and easy access to highway for sightseeing or shopping
10.0It was exceptionally quiet for its location. Loved the bathroom remodel, the tub is perfect size for soaking. The staff were really friendly and helpful . They had an issue with hot water system, due to a fierce storm that blew through. They were really prompt at informing us.

Good, basic stay
7.0Our room was very clean and comfortable. The shady picnic area was appreciated for outside relaxing. The location is good for visiting the Falls and Niagara on the Lake as day trips.
− We had asked for an upstairs waterview room. We had a ground level room on that side of the building, but could only see bushes. At least it wasn't a parking lot view! The fountain garden shown in hotel photos was fenced and chained off, with no guest access. The "breakfast" is basically a granola bar and storebought individually wrapped muffins. Not sure that it's worth it.

8.0Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The tv could have seen up a little higher on the dresser for watching in bed.
