It wasn’t the best because we couldn’t stay

I didn’t go we couldn’t stay because the room was unsanitary and the staff were not accommodating

− Could’ve been cleaner, better staff communication, I wanted a refund but they ignored the phone when I tried to reach out to them through booking . Com, they refused refunds and I didn’t appreciate giving their lack of effort

Beware of noise level

Comfortable and clean

− Noisy bathroom fan running in next room and then occupants returning to room late at night talking loudly. Called office around 11pm was told she couldn't check surrounding rooms but could call. No sleep and owner told me to report thru booking.com for rate adjustment. Booking.com just advised they were unable to settle with owner and gave me a $15 credit on another stay with booking.com Won't return or recommend this motel. Sorry, if you promise some compensation and don't honor then you don't deserve a positive feedback

Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for!

Good rates and convenient location. Had a very modest breakfast which, given the low price point, was a pleasant surprise.

− The plumbing fixtures in our room were broken in so many curious ways. If you turned the water to hot (even barely) it was scalding... if you turned it to 100% cold it was warm. The sink was outside the bathroom. The mini fridge froze everything. Homeless people congregated in the stairwell.
