3.0− They charge my card n wasn’t suppose to so it was like I paid twice
Had good family time for the most part. The manager was very nice and did what she could to help. She was very courteous
8.0It was nice, but not up to the standards of Marriott.
− The linens were worn out in both my daughters room and mine. We did not have a top sheet which made me extremely uncomfortable sleeping with only a comforter that other patrons used. I asked for my bed to be remade but the man did not speak English. After 3 requests I had to make my bed myself. Housekeeping needs to be trained properly on making beds and cleaning the kerig coffee makers.

9.0The room set up was very nice and easy access to rooms. We got there early and they were very nice to get us in early. We were very tired so I was very appreciative!
