2.0Horrendous hotel ,none of the facilities promised,no bar ,no gym,no restaurant,no air conditioning,no sauna .We had a horrific stay ,this hotel it is NOT in Messina as stated but miles outside.poorly staffed,hotel rundown,smashed windows and no facilities nearby.There is a motorway at the back ,we were locked out the hotel at 21.30 !!!

2.0Nothing like the pictures at all. No hot water upon nighttime arrival, it was however hot in the morning. Air conditioning just made noise, didn’t cool. No breakfast as promised, no coffee! Lobby smells like cigarettes. Bed was hard as a rock! Do not stay here.

2.0Unable to stay at this place. It did not like a hotel. It looked like a haunted house. Empty, dirty, and no staff. It is surprising that Expedia has this on the list of hotels to stay in. No air condition for the past 3 years and we found out about it when we got there. The whole building has no a.c.

2.0Hôtel a côté d'une rue très passante. Une seul personne a gérer l'accueil et l'hôtel, personnel débordé. La climatisation était en panne, 30 degré dans la chambre. Nous avons ouvert la fenêtre, malheureusement les bruits de la route était insupportable. De plus pas d'eau chaude dans la douche Le matin pour le petit déjeuner, celui ci n'était pas prêt ! Le monsieur de l'accueil nous a donné un ticket pour aller dans un bar a 100 mètres, prendre un café et une brioche...
HOTEL A DUE PASSI DALL'AUTOSTRADA
6.0Come da titolo, l'hotel si trova a pochi centinaia di metri dallo svincolo autostradale per cui comodo per raggiungere Messina e visitare la costa. Si presente in buone condizioni tutto sommato anche se l'aria condizionata purtroppo non funzionava. La camera è abbastanza ampia e soprattutto pulita, bagno compreso. Ottimo il parcheggio all'interno dell'hotel. Colazione a mio avviso da migliorare in generale. Da segnalare la cortesia e gentilezza del personale preposto al servizio.

4.0Abbiamo soggiornato il 28 giugno per una sola notte. Nella camera faceva molto caldo a causa di un problema tecnico all'aria condizionata che era assente. Questo ci ha causato forti disagi durante la notte. Da parte della direzione abbiamo ricevuto solo scuse e nient'altro
