Wasn't our best experience at Candlewood
6.0Staff was very friendly during our stay. Parking was easy. The room floor plan wasn't cramped. AC cooled the room sufficiently.
− Our beds were exceptionally soft and any slight movement created loud squeaks and jostled the whole bed. Both the fridge (likely the ice maker in the fridge that we could not turn off) and the AC were very loud throughout the night. They would turn on and off and clank and wake up our whole group. Without the AC running, there was a very odd, musty smell to the room. The coffee maker didn't work at all. We tried charging our phones one night and apparently the whole outlet didn't work as nothing charged. The walls were thin and you could hear other guests throughout the night. The beds were doubles instead of queens, which is likely our fault for not reading carefully but it made for very tight sleeping quarters. I have certainly stayed in worse places but this one was tough for our family.

10.0The room was amazing, the price was great, and I could bring my dogs! My family was desperate for a place to stay because our power was out. The manager accomodated our situation and went above and beyond. I cannot say enough about the kindness of the staff.
