This place is beautiful and has the potential to be a serene place for a wonderful vacation. Unfortunately, the place is full of screaming kids and their rude parents who let them behave that way. Food on property is great, but a $1000 meal sat next to toddlers? Our room was beautiful, but unfortunately was also next to a family of loud toddlers and a screaming baby. The resort could do a better job of separating the adults who are there for a peaceful time and the families with the littles. Or maybe, we will just stick to adult-only resorts.

Rustic Luxury on the Cape

Excellent service and location. The feel was less touristy and more like a bunch of cottages together on the bay. Fourth of July gala was a blast like a wedding with quality food, entertainment, and fireworks. This is luxury but also slightly rugged not for those who mind a few bugs, branches and uneven paths around the resort. Staff worked very hard and unfortunately the service charges are not given directly to them. Tips are collected by the resort, pooled and handed out in unknown group fashion. Poor choice because it doesn’t allow guests to recognize one outstanding team member.

− Bars are open only at limited time or closed at all, One time dinner was only possible „in room „ nit restaurant, the Bakery shop run out of desired food early

Great place - need attention to book a dinner table at the right time

We arrived at 3 pm, 2 rooms booked with sea view. We were not asked for to book a table for dinner, consequently we could not get a table at 6 pm for dinner. We were asked to wait until 8.30 pm as everything was booked from outside visitors. Finally we agreed for an in room dining and surprise they offered us a bottle of Taittinger to calm us down. Management tried their best…..and we had a nice view from our room ☹️🥂😊

Overall, we had a great weekend. Appreciated the upgraded room to Hydrangea 26. Staff was very courteous. Food was excellent. Nice to play Cape Cod National although the course was a little tired after a touch winter.

− There was a storage/supply closet next to our front bedroom. These are necessary for the staff but did not appreciate someone accessing the closet on Saturday morning at 6 AM Mixing valve to the shower was tough to regulate.

The Cape just doesn't get any better than this!

STUNNING property, the best the Cape has to offer! Guest care by AnneMarie & Brennan top shelf wrt rapid attentive service/support. Rooms large, clean, comfortable, & attractive. Amenities like Jacuzzi & fire pits just wonderful! Really,a dream experience come true! Cannot recommend a better experience!
