Wonderful stay. I shall return to the Aurora Hotel as this will become my home away from home while in Kharkiv.
10.0The property is a hidden gem. The staff were very accommodating and the front desk and restaurant staff that I dealt with were gracious to indulge my poor Ukrainian language skills and happily communicated with me in English. This I greatly appreciated. As I had a very early train when departing Kharkiv the wonderful lady at the front desk ensured that I had a breakfast box to take with me. My well-being was of utmost importance to her and this is truly a sign of personal service and a staff that appreciates its travellers. Remarkable in this day and age and I am grateful for her care and concern.
