1 fois oui mais pas une deuxième fois. A éviter lors de mes prochaine réservations.
4.0L'accueil est à l'écoute et très sympa.
− l'adresse n'est pas très clair sur le GPS. Le lieu est caché. Pas de places de parking à l'entrée pour se garer, le temps de décharger les valises. Gros effet de surprise, l'établissement a fait un prélèvement de caution de 200 euros sur mon compte. Sur le site Booking, je n'avais pas l'information sur le volet Caution. Je n'ai pas pu prolonger mon séjour à cause de cette panique de Caution, j'ai du faire une autre réservation d'appartement.. Le service client ne maitrise pas le sujet sur le remboursement de la caution " Il faut attendre 3 Jours ouvrables pour le remboursements de la caution" m'ont-ils dit à l'accueil. Pour ceux qui n'avaient pas prévue cette histoire de caution, vous êtes au courant. En plus de votre réservation, pensez bien à avoir 200 euros caution sur votre carte Bancaire. Personnellement, j'y retournerai plus jamais. A éviter lors de mes prochaines réservations d'appartements sur LYON.

− J’ai réservé par erreur en pensant que c’était l’Appart’City (le rouge) Chambre non climatisée (c’était juste horrible) Petit déjeuner extrêmement pauvre pour le prix que nous avons payé Parking qui ne convient pas aux voitures familiales Nous avons dû demander une serviette de plus et il nous a été dit que c’est une serviette par personne par séjour (heureusement nous y étions que 2 nuits! Sinon ce serait juste catastrophique) Pas de savon dans la douche malgré l’emplacement pour Sol de la chambre pas très propre à notre arrivée, c’est pour ça que nous avions dû redemander une autre serviette le lendemain car elle est tombée par terre dans du sol sale mouillé
