6.0The pictures on the Expedia web site were not a true reflection of the condition of the property. The Gym was in a sorry state and was very small. The staff in the dining room at breakfast were not very friendly or helpful.

4.0I selected very specific add-ons for my reservation. The original price of the reservation and the price after the add-ons was significant- this is how I remember this was all added. Upon arrival to the hotel, they told me I only had one room when I had two and that there weren’t any other add-ons that were purchased. I had to encourage them to do their job diligently and recheck my reservation to which they finally acknowledged their error but told me it was two rooms but no breakfast was added. They gave me the run around and told me I had to reach out to the site where I made the reservation if I wanted to get help. This is why I sent them numerous emails and messages a week BEFORE flying in to confirm all the details but of course they didn’t respond to a single one of them. Very disorganized and disappointing hotel.
