While they’re are renovating don’t stay here.
2.0− Middle of renovations, first room shower didn’t work, next room smelled of rotten eggs, then the final room was dirty broken down, and there was left over food in the fridge from the previous occupant.
No warning about being renovated and most expensive shithole I’ve ever stayed at

Excellent staff. Loud and noisy but clean and many amenities.

− Construction. Don't rent room so close to construction. I work nights so it was not easy to sleep which is kind of what I was paying for.

Very unpleasant stay.
1.0− This was a very unpleasant experience - the lobby was full of pallets with building materials. Wasn't made aware of renovations when I booked. Phone didn't work- lights didn't work-fridge/microwave didn't work together. I asked to speak to mgr 3 times before I was told there is no manager on the weekends. My 3-year-old grandson found tacks/nails sticking out of carpet!!! (see photo below of what he found) Location was great all else not great. I have asked for partial refund and none was made through booking.com. Communication is lacking unfortunately :( I have been to Lincoln several times for my family and sadly, will never stay here again.
