2.0Convenient location, clean.
− Facility drained and cleaned the pool when it should have been open so my daughter couldn’t even go swimming. That was one of the reasons we booked there. Because it had a pool! Also, they didn’t have any sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull out bed. If you know there are 3 ppl in the room and that they will be using that bed, you should already have the sheets and the rest for that bed!

10.0My wife woke up at 5 AM after our second night without power. She booked a room at this hotel. We drove over there at 7 AM. They happily gave us an early check-in and pointed us towards free breakfast and coffee. The guy at check-in gave us a corner room. My wife "worked from home" in the room while I showered, then nodded off on the couch. I could not be happier with our experience there. If you're visiting Philadelphia, this is not downtown. You will need a car. By car, it is in an optimal location very close to the Main Line, Route 1, Interstate 76, Manayunk, and Kelly Drive.

Great experience
10.0My family and I have been staying in Philly during the week for the past few weeks, and we've had a great experience. The hotel is in a quiet area, the breakfast is good, and we always enjoy the Wednesday social—it’s a nice extra with more than just cookies. Anytime we've needed something, the staff has been quick to help. A special thank you to Nadira, who has made our stay even better. She's always friendly, has such a positive attitude, and is genuinely attentive to her guests. She always makes sure we have everything we need and goes the extra mile to help. TJ was also very helpful when we checked in for our third week and needed to change rooms, and Rose in the breakfast area is always so welcoming and pleasant, making mornings better. The rest of the staff has been great too, even though I didn't catch everyone's names. It's the people here that really stand out.
