3.0The Hole complex was under rehabilitation. No pool, no gym no massage ekspert in the room. No gjests in restaurant. Expensive. And mosquitos all over the place.

Niet doen, is bouwput
1.0− Novotel is overgenomen door Marriot, het hele hotel wordt verbouwd dus het is 1 grote bouwput, die info staat wel bij de beschrijving maar zover naar beneden dat je het niet ziet. We zijn hier 4 keer geweest en waren altijd prima tevreden maar dit is vreselijk. Vanaf 1 juni bestaan ze niet meer dus het kan ze ook niet veel meer schelen.
It would be better if the hotel closed temporarily and the rooms were made suitable for sale

− The room was terrible, dusty, and smelled of an old building. The hotel lobby was makeshift and full of mosquitoes. There were only a few staff. The hotel was undergoing minor renovations, but strangely, it was still being sold at a high price. The dining room was hot and cramped. Breakfast was awful. The hotel seemed to be on the verge of bankruptcy..

2.0− Das Hotel wurde renoviert, leider wieder OHNE Info von booking.com, kein Restaurant, nur ein Ausweich-Bereich wo essen serviert wird, geht gar nicht, in der Nacht waren mehrere Fehlalarme die mit der Renovierung zusammen hingen, das Hotel selbst hat die Renovierungsarbeiten auf der Hotel-Home-Page gemeldet, nur booking.com schaft es leider nich :-(

To improve your level of comfort, we would like to inform you that Hotel is conducting Rooms Renovation at the South Wing, Main Lobby area, Fitness Centre, Kids Corner playground and Swimming Pool.
The Renovation projects have been starting from December 1st, 2025 until May 31st, 2026 (6 months).
We will manage to reduce the disruptions that might be occurred during the project is being conducted, and by accommodating all Guests at the North Wing during the renovation is conducted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
