1.0Cheap, and near Sheetz.
− The customer service desk was never at the desk. When pressing the call button, it never got his attention. What got his attention was calling the front desk several times. When he came forward, he was very dismissive and short as if we were bothering him. The rooms were dirty, and barely cleaned. The whole entire building smelled of smoke and other paraphernalia. There was furniture sitting out front, like desks and couches and chairs. Not sure what that was about, but other attendees were sitting in them as if they were intentionally placed outside. Lined up outside of each building. The room key stopped working after the first night. The outside grounds were not cleaned at all. There was trash and unkept groundskeeping. There was milk left in our fridge. None of the outlets worked or the outlets didn't actually hold a charging block in it. My kids refused to stay another night, and ended up staying with family because of the entire experience on night one.
