Very disappointing experience. The security staff were extremely rude(the fat black guy ) and unprofessional. They didn’t know how to speak to guests with basic respect or courtesy, which completely ruined the experience. Customer service was unacceptable, and I would rate everything 0/10. I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their staff’s behavior and professionalism

Very nice hotel with all the facilities you would want.

This is a nice hotel right on the beach. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. There are also good facilities with multiple pools, spa, gym and multiple restaurants. For a family holiday I did appreciate that part of the main pool was covered so you can keep children out of the sun but still enjoy the water and there is also a shelf in the pool so kids can stand in the pool which is nice. The food was good with lots of variety and also a changing menu. The staff were also very nice. In particular we got to know the restaurant staff for breakfast and lunch as we sat in the same area each day. In particular Nouredinne, Aziz mouhib (apologies if I spelt the names incorrectly) but they were always good at making sure we have everything we needed and in particular they made an extra effort to come and talk to and play with my daughter and wave to her. They even made her a napkin crown. This was very kind of them an I appreciated it. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.

Disappointing Experience

My three friends and I recently stayed at the Mövenpick Resort & Marine Spa Sousse, and unfortunately, it was a very poor experience from start to finish. We have stayed at other Mövenpick properties around the world, as well as various 4-star and 5-star hotels in tunisia and this one falls incredibly short of the standards you would expect for the price and name A few major issues made our stay highly unpleasant: Unacceptable Noise Levels ,We were placed in rooms overlooking the main road. Every single night, we hardly got any sleep due to the constant blast of loud music and the aggressive revving of cars and motorbikes outside. Poor Room Quality & Housekeeping The rooms were not cleaned properly upon arrival or during our stay. To make matters worse, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it even harder to get a decent night's rest. The food was a major letdown and simply not to our liking. For a 5-star resort, the culinary quality and variety should be significantly better. When you pay premium 5-star prices, you expect basic comforts like a clean room, a good night's sleep, and quality food,on top of this there was water on the floor from the fountain in the reception area and i actually slipped and bruised my knee none of the staff asked how I was and no wet floor sign was put down. This hotel missed the mark on all counts. Given our experience, we cannot recommend this property and will not be returning.

My stay at Mövenpick Sousse was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I booked and prepaid my stay through Agoda. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff cancelled my reservation and insisted that I pay a much higher rate directly to the hotel than the price I had originally booked on Agoda. This was completely unacceptable and left me with no real choice. The breakfast was another huge disappointment. The selection was extremely poor, and the quality of the food was far below what anyone would expect from a Mövenpick hotel. It was honestly embarrassing for a brand with such a reputation. I believe Accor should urgently review the management of this hotel. The level of service and the way customers are treated are damaging the reputation of the Mövenpick brand. If these practices continue, the hotel risks losing the trust of many guests. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many better options in Sousse that respect their customers and honor confirmed reservations
