5.0Check in was fast and convenient. Breakfast was good. The air worked really well. Very convenient that there was a fridge in the room, and the seating area in the room was comfortable.
− The TV barely worked. The cable and the channels offered were disappointing, and the channels kept going out every couple of minutes so we kept having to reboot the TV to get it working again, and it automatically stated back up on the Weather Channel. I was hoping to be able to log into my own Netflix account, but the TV was outdated and didn't offer those capabilities. The bed was very uncomfortable, and I forgot to bring my own pillow from home, which made it worse since the pillows here are toddler size.

10.0The bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The room was spacious and clean. If I needed anything or had any questions, the staff at the front desk were very knowledgeable and friendly.
