Estuvimos en un plan todo incluído, la variedad de cocteles, de bebidas y comidas es excelente, igualmente que la vista de la piscina y la cercanía a la playa de Oura

− La cama para dos personas muy pequeña y que el televisor no estuviera en la alcoba

Not a 5* hotel, more like a 3* but very good pool.

The pool was excellent with diving and jump areas and two slides but it is very dated and needs cleaning better. The restaurants that are part of the all inclusive are a nice touch and plenty of variety but they are mostly set menus so you get whet your given etc. Some are better than others but not bad for all inclusive. Drinks are ok but nothing special, you would expect a cocktail to be made in a 5* resort, not come out of a auto machine in a plastic cup.

− Location is very close to the strip which means lots of groups of young lads and girls, none of which caused any trouble but when they come in at 4am in the morning and wake you up its very annoying as we are a family. We had two rooms as we are a family of 5 but my wife and daughters had 5 nights of being woke up in the middle of the night. They eventually got moved to a quieter location after 5 nights. The manager tried to say I should of booked other rooms like I am supposed to know in advance of arriving what rooms they have or where they are located?? The staff tried to deny the hotel had any groups which was absurd. (Again the groups did nothing wrong). Most staff were friendly but there is just very few of them for the size of the hotel which is very big. The place looks like it needs updating and a good clean, its certainly not a 5* as advertised which is very disappointing to pay and arrive at what you think you have booked a 5* and you arrive at a 3* We had a couple of issues with ants in the rooms but the cleaners quickly resolved. Air con didn't work either so they put a portable unit in the room which worked but was noisy. Difficult review as we did make the most of it and we did have a good time, mostly down to the fact that the pool is that good and kept the kids entertained the whole time. If we booked and paid for a 3* I would be more than happy with what we got but we booked and paid for what we thought was a 5* hotel, hence the criticism above.
