Aangenaam verblijf in ruime appartementen.

Wij hadden een appartement met 2 slaapkamers en een met 3 slaapkamers en deze waren naar Franse maatstaven zeer ruim en comfortabel. De bedden waren zalig en de keuken was ruim voorzien van alle denkbare keukenapparaten. Het personeel aan de receptie was steeds bereid om te helpen. Het zwembad met hamman en sauna deden deugd na een dagje skiën. Het was ook leuk om 's avonds een afhaalmaaltijd te laten brengen tot aan het appartement en 's ochtends brood van de bakker aan de deur.

− Wij zaten in het hoofdgebouw op de 2de verdieping, maar toch werkte de wifi niet naar behoren. Enkel in de receptie heb je een deftige verbinding. Tegenwoordig zou een goede wifiverbinding normaal moeten zijn en al zeker in een 4-sterren accomodatie. Tussen 2 verhuringen in zouden de appartementen wel beter gepoetst moeten worden. Er wordt van de gasten gevraagd om beddengoed af te halen en gebruikt linnen te verzamelen in de badkamer, en alles opgeruimd achter te laten. Ik vind dit niet erg en doen we zowiezo maar je kan niet van de gasten verwachten dat ze gaan beginnen dweilen en stof afdoen. Dit hoort de taak te zijn van het kuispersoneel en niet van de gasten. Toch is het duidelijk dat een grondige poetsbeurt niet gebeurd is. Sommige lakens waren ook gevlekt en dus niet proper of aan vervanging toe.

3 Stern-Appartment zum 5 Stern Preis

Die Lage ist gut. man kann zu Fuß die Piste in 5 min erreichen.

− - Bei Ankunft gab es keinen Parkplatz, obwohl reserviert. Die Unterkunft hat eine Garage unter dem Haupthaus, jedoch wurde uns gesagt, im völlig zugeschneiten Dorf einen Parkplatz zu suchen... - Es gibt vier große Hauptgebäude, die beeinander stehen. Wir waren nicht im Haupthaus untergebracht, Sauna und Spa nur über Gehwege (Minusgrade...) erreichbar. Das war bei der Buchung nicht klar. - Die Fotos sind zwar korrekt, täuschen aber einen viel größeren Raum vor, da extremens Weitwinkel. Wir waren zu zweit im "6er" Appartment, das max für 4 geeignet ist. - Nichts im Appartment, kein Zucker, kein Salz, kein Öl, Küchenausstattung aber passbel. Alles vorher kaufen und mitbringen, keine Geschäfte in fußnähe. - Kein Roomservice, im Gegenteil, man muss beim Auschecken selbst aufräumen. - Die Heizung wird ferngesteuert und ist nicht kontrollierbar. Uns war kalt. - Möblierung für ein 3*** ok, wird aber als 4**** zum 5 Sternpreis verkauft. Das schlechteste Appartment in dem Preissegement, in dem ich je war (zuletzt davor Val d'Isere, Matterhorn).

A vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival and there is a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival. The beds are made on arrival, with the exception of sofa beds. A cleaning kit and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included, but you will have to clean the dishes and the kitchen before your departure. Failure to do so may result in charges. Parking rates for the summer season 2025: EUR 32/car/weekGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
