Katastrophe, Einzelreisende unbedingt meiden!

− Haus voll mit Busladungen Senioren. Für Einzelreisende ist das Haus überfordert, Frühstück anzubieten. . Nicht einmal ein ordentlicher Hinweis auf Alternativen. WLAN NICHT FUNKTIONIEREND. Am schlimmsten: Die ganze Nacht LÄSTIGES GERÄUSCH direkt vor unserem Fenster von einem Abluftgerät oder so (siehe Bild), eine Nacht bis 2 Uhr morgens zwei Handwerker direkt vor dem Fenster lautstark mit Reparaturen beschäftigt. Dazu war es auch noch im Zimmer trotz offener Fenster (mit Krach und Handwerkern) stickig heiß, man konnte absolut nicht schlafen. DUSCHARMATUR war auch noch KAPUTT, man konnte sich also noch nicht mal unter der Dusche abkühlen. Nach der zweiten (!!!!) Beschwerde nach der zweiten Nacht wurde die Dusche repariert und ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt für die dritte Nacht, und das Wlan-Passwort des Mitarbeiter-Wifi "großzügig" zur Verfügung gestellt. Betten wurden nicht gemacht, eine Klobürste stand "aus hygienischen Gründen" nicht zur Verfügung usw.
