4.0LOUNGE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE , POORLY FITTED CURTAIN RAIL THAT DID NOT FUNCTION AND NOT APPROPRIATE FOR THE CURTAINS WHICH EVENTUALLY FELL DOWN AND WAS NOT REPAIRED , NO TOWEL RAIL THAT HAD FALLEN OFF PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL WAS NOT REPLACED , WC CONTINUALLY LEAKING, TOILET ROLL HOLDER IN NEED OF FIXING, PARKING OFTEN NOT AVAILABLE , WASHING MACHINE MALFUNCTIONED CONTINUALLY, NO CLEANING UNDER BED EXTREME BUILD UP OF DUST AND DIRT, PAINTING THROUGHOUT APPEARED TO BE BY AMATEURS I DON'T THINK THIS IS A 4 STAR RATING!!! , WILL NOT BE STAYING AGAIN

10.0Had everthing that was needed in the apartment. The location was perfect close to tram, shopping district. Five minute walk to the beach and surf club. Restaurants had great food
