3.0We had two rooms that were right next to each other with a door connecting.
− We specifically rented this hotel for the kids pool. They had an incident of some sort that closed the kids area down our entire stay. I understand things happen, but we would have stayed at a hotel closer to our event for less money if it hadn’t been for the toddler area. Instead, our 2 year old got to see the area with us and the hotel staff constantly telling him to stay away, not fun. We should be reimbursed for the services not provided.
