Hotel in sehr schöner Lage am Rhein, aber sehr steril ohne Herzlichkeit

− Kühle, sterile Atmosphäre, wenig Herzlichkeit, Informationen nur auf Nachfrage, Bar außen trotz schönstem Sommerwetter geschlossen, keine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer, Service kommt erst nach zweiter Nachfrage, Zimmer zum riesigen, nachts beleuchteten Innenraum (der nicht benutzt wurde) ohne Möglichkeit ein Fenster zu öffnen. Kein Schild „Rezeption“, „Parkhaus“, „Treppenhaus“.

4.0Lage des Hotels Restaurant Ludwigs war toll Yunico Restaurant perfekt
− Einchecken katastrophal noch um 15 Uhr musste Rezeption zur Suite gehen und nachfragen weshalb Suite nicht freigegeben ist Suite wie auch alles andere im Hotel in total schlechten Zustand dreckig vieles kaputt absolut unwürdig für so ein Hotel
