Liked the layout of the villa, the beachfront access, the cooking class we attended, the fire show on Thursday.

− The staff especially the receptionist (girl) was not helpful, the restaurant staff are trying their best but are very disorganized, scattered and you need to keep reminding them of your order. A lot of false advertising. Spa staff are not available at any time you need to inform them at least an hour before and they don’t have the entire menu of services they can only do the aroma massage. They advertised kids club and activities but there is no one there, you can use the room but there are no planned activities I told them you have advertised on the website they checked and came back confirming they don’t do any activities. And the most disappointing was when we checked out they kept us waiting to check for a missing slipper, I informed them that room service took it last night and didn’t replace them, still kept on searching, and then found it and said it’s all ok now you can go. We have paid 100k baht during our stay, keeping us waiting for a missed slipper was a very cheap move. And in terms of facilities what you see in the pictures is what you get, it’s a small boutique hotel the shared pool is small, the private pool in our villa was too cold and dirty we couldn’t use it.
