R&R at Boathaven Spa Holiday Apartments
10.0Our stay at Boathaven Spa Holiday Apartments was excellent. Check-in was easy and handled quickly by the friendly staff who also offered directions and advice. The unit was clean & comfortable and fully equipped for our needs including a kitchenette with pretty well everything from cutlery to wine glasses. It is only a 10 minute walk from downtown Airlie Beach which makes it convenient to the shops, pubs and tour facilities but quiet at night for sleeping. We’ve been numerous times and will keep going back.

− Blinds were full of dust and broken, especially in the bedroom
We had a great holiday but this outdated apartment is not for us.
5.0Bed was comfortable Regular size fridge Garden and pool maintained
− Very outdated furniture and furnishings Hot water cylinder in robe took up one side Door opening making it hard to walk around bed Sheets didn’t fit bed Bed head is a double with a Mattress much wider Brooms etc kept in bedroom robe where you hang clothes Only 4 hangers Blinds not going down so people could see into bedroom Dirty dishes/ food on chopping board Kettle and toaster looked dirty Fan in bathroom so noisy Smelly bathroom from drains Smelly stairwell and lift ( like wet mouldy towels) No tissues Only one towel each ( what about hair)
