10.0外に出なくてもウィングベイの施設で買い物や食事には困りません。静かでゆっくり寝れました。
− 昼にホテルのレストランも覗いたのですが、1,2品は軽めの軽食が有れば良かったかと思います。
北海道最終日にさらにいい思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

2.0我预定的是2个双床间，4个成人。根据你们的许可，我只用两位名字预定了两个房间。到了酒店，前台说，因为房间只有一位客人姓名，2个房间只能两位客人入住，即便是双床房也不行。我感觉这个理解非常错误，要求与酒店经理交涉，他们表示没有经理，也无法英语交流，服务态度很不友好。早餐也只能两位客人使用，还要收另外两位客人的费用。多次沟通均无效。感觉极差，这是我在日本多次旅行中遇到服务最差的酒店。
− 酒店设施比较陈旧，房间地毯污渍明显，卧具僵硬体感沉重，与网上描述有很大差距。 酒店服务水平很差，前台基本都不懂英语，也不懂世界通行的酒店规矩，态度自傲。
