− 昼にホテルのレストランも覗いたのですが、1,2品は軽めの軽食が有れば良かったかと思います。

2.0我预定的是2个双床间，4个成人。根据你们的许可，我只用两位名字预定了两个房间。到了酒店，前台说，因为房间只有一位客人姓名，2个房间只能两位客人入住，即便是双床房也不行。我感觉这个理解非常错误，要求与酒店经理交涉，他们表示没有经理，也无法英语交流，服务态度很不友好。早餐也只能两位客人使用，还要收另外两位客人的费用。多次沟通均无效。感觉极差，这是我在日本多次旅行中遇到服务最差的酒店。
− 酒店设施比较陈旧，房间地毯污渍明显，卧具僵硬体感沉重，与网上描述有很大差距。 酒店服务水平很差，前台基本都不懂英语，也不懂世界通行的酒店规矩，态度自傲。
