10.0The room was large, clean and well maintained. The daily chocolates and treats were a nice surprise. The staff were excellent - especially the front desk reception staff and bell hop when we arrived, helping us park when the valet parking spots were full. The food at the restaurant was delicious, the servers were attentive, and it was conveniently opened late when all other restaurants were closed in the area. Great location!

Old style Grand Hotel
8.0Széles választékú minőségi reggeli, kitűnő kiszolgálással. Tágas szobák és fürdő. Sound proof szobák. Ágy kényelmes. A hotel környékén könnyű és olcsó a parkolás (érmés megoldás csak). Közel a belváros központja. Ocean view vagy Bay view szobákból szép kilátás.
− Old style hotel. Szobabútorok régimódik, polcos szekrények teljes hiánya, nem lehet a bőröndökből kényelmesen kipakolni. Liftre sokat kell várni reggel és este. Spa részleg teljesen elhanyagolt, délutánra nincs törülköző és SPA személyzet egyáltalán nincs. Hotel parkolót előre nem lehet foglalni, így ha este érkezel, előfordulhat, hogy elküldenek, hogy keress a környéken magadnak parkolót. Félpanziós ráfizetés lehetséges, de nem éri meg.
