− THERE WAS NO PARKING AND THE EMPLOYEE FROM THE RECEPTION GAVE US AN ADDRESS TO THE "NEAREST PARKING" IT WAS 1 KM AWAY AND 25€/night WE DECIDED TO CHECK OUT 1 HOUR AFTER CHECKING IN AND REQUESTED A REFUND - AT RECEPTION THE EMPLOYE WAS NOT HELPFUL.. THE PHONE THAT HE GAVE US TO REACH THE "MANAGMENT" - THE PERSON THAT SPOKE TO US TRIED TO CONVINCE ME THAT MY RESERVATION IS NOT REAL!!!! THEY STOLE OUR MONEY!!!!!

− La suite de luxe se situe dans un grenier, il faisait froid, il fallait monter des escaliers difficiles et dangereux pour arriver dans la chambre, avec des cartons déposés... Ok la suite est spacieuse et donne vue sur le bosphore, mais pas du tout pratique. Ça ne vaut pas du tout le prix, le petit déjeuner n est pas exceptionnel, les photos sont trompeuses, que de la baguette blanche coupée... Lunette de toilette cassée...

7.0Für den Preis ok. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich das ist der grösste Pluspunkt von dem Hotel.
− Die 4 Sterne sind absolut nicht berechtigt. Das Frühstück war ungeniessbar und die Ausstattung alt teilweise kaputt. Leider auch nicht sauber.
