− The food was awful. Hot tub could increase in size. To have a hotel that big, and a hot tub that only allows 5 people is kind of insane.

8.0Location, large room, and the breakfast was good. But closing the breakfast at 9am is too early.
− The room was never/never cleaned during our three day stay. Yes, we had the “do not disturb” sign on the door until about 11am each day. But obvious housekeeping functions after 11:00 am too…. I really don’t understand this. Also, most three star hotels in the world have a small business center - a room with like two computers attached to a printer for guests use - and you clearly get a lot of business travelers. This was a big disappointment. And honestly this would be easy and cheap for the hotel to offer.
