other than not getting a room I paid for everything else was OK

8.0The location is just off 295 which was great because we wanted to avoid driving on 95 thru downtown Richmond. The staff was very polite and helpful when I checked in late on Sunday May 10. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, unfortunately it was apparent someone had stayed in the room recently with a dog because when we first walked in you could smell it and then we noticed obvious paw and nose prints on the window in the bedroom. The breakfast was really good with all the usual including waffles, fruit, muffins, oatmeal, bagels
