10.0Staff were amazing and went that bit extra. The free upgrade and prep of the room for my Wife's Birthday was amazing. Breakfast was really good, albeit expensive. Bed was super comfortable.

9.0Our upgraded room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was in a good location and close to Liverpool Street station. The breakfast was cooked to order and was great.

10.0Beliggenheden var perfekt ift. det, vi skulle. Der var en direkte forbindelse fra Heathrow Lufthavn. Værelset var fint og rent, måske lidt småt ift. at skulle have to kufferter åben på samme tid, men vi fik det til at fungere. Vi havde en dobbeltdyne, og da vi helst ville have en dyne hver, gik vi ned i receptionen, og så fik vi en på ingen tid. Der er aircon på værelset, og det fungerede fint. Til morgenmad får man et menukort med priser, men hvis morgenmaden er inkluderet, kan man bare vælge lige det, man ønsker, og mere til. Og det var virkelig lækkert, en af de bedste hotelsmorgenmåltider jeg har prøvet!
