Overpriced hotel more looking nice in pictures with old style marble. Only two towels in 4 nights room not cleaned at all. Dusty room and common areas. The only plus is the bathroom looked new. Other than that it’s a pass! More decent hotels than this.

Comfortable room, unsafe bathroom, and just two towels.

The hotel has an impressive, almost royal entrance and makes a very good first impression upon arrival. The room was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. I slept well. A major downside is the bathroom. There was no bath mat, which increases the risk of slipping when stepping out of the bath, especially since there is no handhold or support. In addition, the toilet is positioned directly next to the bathtub and gets in the way, making it difficult to get in and out of the bath. When stepping out, you almost step into the toilet. There were also only two towels provided, which is insufficient. Furthermore, there was no refrigerator in the room. Another negative point is that late in the evening there was knocking on the door, and when checked, no one was outside. There was also banging on the wall. Overall, the stay was pleasant in terms of cleanliness and sleeping comfort, but the bathroom layout, lack of towels, and these disturbances make the stay less comfortable.

− Flecken auf den Kissen auf dem Bett. Am Samstag beim Frühstück ist eine Riesen Schlange entstanden weil die Brötchen und der Kaffee am selben Ort stehen . Da sollte man umplanen.
