− Too many times no one was at front desk
Beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable and guests were extremely disruptive.
4.0Location and amenities.
− The staff didn’t do a good job at keeping the other guests from being disruptive. The lobby was so loud, groups of people were sitting around drinking while the kids were standing in the walkways, not moving for other guests. The floor above us was having some sort of relay running event that stopped for a few minutes after staff went upstairs, then started back up. The bed was not very comfortable and pillows were old and flat.
Met my expectations completely.
