10.0This was my second stay at the Aloft Downtown Dallas. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the design, architecture, large layouts with tall ceilings of the rooms, and beautiful views. My cousin and I plan a special getaway every year and I think we will try to keep this hotel part of our yearly tradition.
− Pricing for parking is not ideal.

− Lo primero que no me gusto fue que elegimos una habitación con camas doble grandes y sillones sofá cama lo cual el que nos dieron eran camas normales y un sillón normal Tampoco me gustó que no nos limpiaron el cuarto hasta el tercer dia y aparte los días que estuvimos alojados ahí nunca pudimos desayunar por nadien nos supo decir nada respeto a él aunque preguntamos no supieron decirnos y se supone que los 4 días que estuvimos ahí el hospedaje incluía el desayuno

8.0The staff is very friendly, the facilities are okay, and the location is great.
− The biggest problem is that they take a deposit of almost $1,000 at the reception and they still haven't refunded my money, and I paid for the accommodation in advance through the booking.com platform.
